Circuits, The Best Of Everything...

Circuit training is a super efficient way to improve cardio- vascular fitness, muscle tone, endurance and co-ordination all within one workout.

For those not familiar with the circuit format the idea is that specific muscle groups are worked via a series of activities which are performed at a station. Each station will involve a different exercise aimed at improving either cardio- vascular response or muscle tone/endurance, or both.

The circuit can be performed on a one to one basis or in a group format so if you fancy getting fit with your friends we’ll set up a circuit tailored for your needs. We can train you at home, you’ll be surprised how little space is required to get a fun workout, or I can run a circuit class from your local hall or sports club.

For those of you training for a particular sport or activity the circuit can be designed to be sports specific by taking the actions or techniques within the given sport and incorporating them into individual stations within the circuit. So if you feel that your team or club may benefit from this type of training give me a call and I’ll design a circuit that will give you the edge over your opposition!
