Personal Trainer? I can do it myself...

Well, maybe. If that’s the case, though, then why are you checking out this site!

The fact is that very few people have the motivation, dedication and KNOWLEDGE to train themselves effectively. It’s pointless following some fad diet or latest exercise video from your favourite soap star if you don’t really know why and how to achieve the results you want. In truth you may never achieve the results you want.

We are all individuals with our basic body shape decided at birth. Joining a gym won’t guarantee a six pack or reduction in dress size either. We’ve lost count of the times we’ve seen gym members performing inappropriate, ineffective and downright dangerous exercises. The result is little, if any progress and the decision that exercise “isn’t for me”.

Anyway, enough negativity! The good news is that with appropriate INDIVIDUALISED training programs you CAN achieve results at any age! At Head4Health we are passionate in the belief that you can look and feel good no matter what your age is. You’ll have to work hard (sorry there is no easy fix) but as you become more energized and stronger the healthy lifestyle will become a natural part of your life.
