Circuits
Group circuits can be adapted for all abilities and age groups. Individuals
can work at their own level and intensity yet still enjoy the motivation of
a class format.
Circuits can be adapted to the needs of sportspeople or sports teams. They may
want to improve a particular component of fitness e.g. muscular endurance. Whilst
a team may benefit from a session which mimics the activities they use in their
chosen sport Circuit based training can be highly motivating and rewarding.
