Contraindications
Contraindications are circumstances in which performing massage may worsen an existing condition. This could be because of an acute injury or skin condition or existing illness.

Before any massage is undertaken whether it be Swedish or Sports Massage Therapy you will be asked to complete a questionaire. This will allow us to ascertain if massage treatment is appropriate for your condition. In some circumstances we may refer you to your GP or Osteopath/Physiotherapist/Chiropractor.
