Ahead of the Game
Ray Head is an experienced Sports Therapist, Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist and exercise coach.
As a therapist Ray has treated professional sports teams, elite and recreational athletes and people from all age groups and walks of life. He is committed to continual professional development and is always looking for new ways to treat clients.
He believes that we can all massively improve the quality of our lives through exercise and movement. Consequently, his sessions are designed to not only treat but educate clients on how they can best take care of themselves. Although he takes particular pleasure in treating athletes of all abilities he is equally happy to help anyone who cannot function or perform at their best because of muscle or soft tissue problems.
Qualifications
- Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Sports Therapy
- Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Clinical Sports Therapy
- Qualifications in Sports,Remedial,Deep Tissue,Holistic and On-site Massage
- Advanced level exercise coach (level 3) verified by Register of Exercise Professionals
- Recent CPD includes: Manipulative Therapy and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation
